Returns are not accepted for Custom orders or digital products. All returns must be started within 15 days from time item/product/s was received. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost for return/s. We do not accept returns of used items/products. Refunds for returns will ONLY be processed once item/product/s has been returned and inspected for damage. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
